Financial Advisor to Janus Capital Group Inc. on its Merger of Equals with Henderson Group plc

(NYSE: JNS) on its all-stock merger of equals with Henderson Group plc (LSE & ASX: HGG) of the U.K. to form Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE: JHG). Janus Henderson is a leading global active asset manager dedicated to helping investors achieve long-term financial goals through a broad range of investment solutions, including equities, quantitative equities, fixed income, multi-asset and alternative asset class strategies.
Janus Henderson managed assets under management (AUM) of approximately U.S.$331 billion (as of March 31, 2017)1 with a market capitalization of approximately U.S.$6 billion. Headquartered in London, the Company had more than 2,000 employees and offices in 27 cities worldwide at the time of the merger.
